Refund & Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical skincare products ordered through AI Shawnquez Skin Research.
Shipping
- Orders ship to addresses in the United States unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Most orders process within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; tracking is sent by email when available.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses you provide.
Returns & refunds
Skincare products are cosmetic items. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged in transit.
- Damaged or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
- Unopened returns: unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery, minus shipping costs where applicable. Contact us before sending any return.
- Refund timing: approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.

Digital services (AI Skin Test, email guides) are free unless a paid plan is explicitly selected. Subscription billing terms will be shown at checkout when available.
