• AI Skin Test: age, skin concern, optional skin type, and optional photo you submit. Photos are analyzed in memory for the test and are not stored on our servers unless you are signed in and choose to save them to your account.
• Account: email address when you request a magic sign-in link; saved analyses, photos, and progress data when you use an account.
• Orders: name, shipping address, email, phone, and payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Newsletter: email address when you subscribe to guides or updates.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and analytics events to improve the site (e.g. Google Analytics when enabled).

How we use information

• Provide AI Skin Test results, routines, and account features
• Process and fulfill product orders
• Send transactional emails (orders, sign-in links, shipping updates)
• Send marketing emails you opt into (you may unsubscribe anytime)

AI & health information

AI Shawnquez is an artificial intelligence assistant — not a licensed physician or medical provider. Age Scores and skin analyses are personalized estimates — not medical records. Do not use them as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email, payment processing, AI analysis APIs). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
